Justin offers more than 30 years experience within the Australian Banking and Finance Industry having spent a long and successful career with ANZ prior to starting with M8 finance in 2016. During his time with ANZ and now with M8 Finance, Justin remains dedicated to helping Individuals with their Residential Investment or Home Mortgage Financing requirements as well as supporting Business clients providing a mix of Working Capital, Equipment Finance or Term Debt solutions. Having such vast lending experience, Justin can provide great insight into how Lenders think and act therefore able to articulate the appropriate Lender solutions to meet each clients own situation. Justin holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Outside of work Justin enjoys family time and has a passion for helping others in the local community through volunteering at various levels.

David has over 40 years of experience within the finance industry, 15 years as a Mortgage Broker, where he has gained an extensive lending knowledge specialising in the residential, business and commercial fields. David's philosophy as a mortgage broker is to find the right loan for your situation and to make sure that you continue to have the right loan as your goals change. recognised as a high performer within the industry .

Kim has a strong background in finance of over 20 years. Prior to joining M8 finance in 2016, he was at ANZ for 18 years mostly in the commercial lending area as a successful Relationship Manager. Since joining M8, Kim has been able to find solutions for his commercial and residential clients through his passion, expertise and knowledge. Whether it has been a first home buyer purchasing their first home, a commercial client needing a complex lending structure, or finding a better lender and loan to provide substantial savings for a growing family, Kim has been able to find a solution. Outside of work, Kim is heavily involved in community sport and volunteers many hours in helping kids achieve their sporting goals. He is also a passionate St Kilda FC supporter! Alex has worked in the finance industry since 2003, predominantly in the Corporate and Business Banking lending space. Since joining M8 Finance in 2016, Alex has delivered a range of banking solutions for his consumer clients (PAYG or Self Employed) - from assisting first home buyers purchase their first home through to more complex consumer lending requirements. He has also been able to provide a range of lending solutions for his business clients, across commercial property, construction, working capital and/or more complex unsecured cashflow based lending. Alex is very committed to finding the optimum banking solution for his clients and maintaining healthy long term business relationships to continue to assist his clients as their lending needs change and evolve. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts (Monash University), Masters of Applied Commerce (Melbourne University) and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (AAMC).

Darren has specialised in the asset & equipment finance market since originally joining ANZ/Esanda in 2000. During his career he has assisted a wide range of businesses finance their income producing assets whether it be motor vehicles, trucks, yellow goods right through to individual plant, equipment and machinery worth in excess of $10m. Prior to Joining M8 finance in 2018 he was CFO of a company within the Mobile Crushing Industry so Darren has been on both sides of the finance relationship and that experience helps him understand the challenges businesses face when dealing with their finance providers. Darren holds a Bachelor of Business (Enterprise Development) and Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. With a passion for family and sport, his 3 young boys ensure he lives an active lifestyle. He is involved in community sport at both junior and senior levels.
